Bulk & Wholesale

For bulk or wholesale orders, 2 weeks notice is required in order to properly plan,

shop for, and create your order. Orders with less than 2 weeks notice are subject to a rush order fee.

Full payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed upon prior.

Catering Services

For events occurring more 31 or more days from date on inquiry, a 20% deposit is due upon acceptance of quote.

For events occurring 30 days or less from date of inquiry, a 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of quote.

Remaining balance is due on date of service.

 

Cancelled events can be refunded based on the notice schedule below:

14+ Days - Full refund, less deposit

3 Days or Less - 25% Refund

36 Hours or Less - No Refund

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Working with seasonal produce can sometimes yield strawberries of varying sizes. We know that size matters and while we do our absolute best to ensure your order is consistent and worthwhile, in the (hopefully unlikely!) event that we are unable to find strawberries that meet our size standards, we will notify you and you will receive two smaller strawberries in the place of one or a full refund.
